Partial Service
We offer a range of pared back services to assist clients who wish to take a more hands-on approach to the construction process. This may include builder/developer clients but often extends to private clients with a more “Kiwi No. 8 wire, DIY” psyche.
This design service deals with critical design decisions, planning and materiality which can then be forwarded to an architectural draughting service to prepare building consent documentation.
The level of service can be tailored to your individual needs and, as well as the concept design, it may include:
A developed design “builder’s pack” of drawings to include critical architectural details, construction methodology information and schedules to inform initial pricing.
Resource Consent application advice and co-ordination as requested.
Liaison with your draughting service and review of the building consent documentation to ensure the design intent is not compromised.
Preparation of kitchen/bathroom/fixed furniture drawings and details for pricing and construction.
Interior design advice.
Remote builder/client liaison during construction to provide advice as and when requested.
