Mt Roskill Library and Fickling Convention
Centre.
August 2011 sees the end of the tender
process for the refurbishment of the Mt Roskill Community Library
and Fickling Convention Centre. Auckland City appointed us in November 2010 to
come up with a design that would respond to the growing community;
built in the 1970's the current building no longer meets the needs
of the diverse community. Work is scheduled to
begin in August 2011 and is to be completed in December
2011.
Boat Sheds
This residential property in Takapuna on Auckland's North Shore
is currently in at Council for consent. Construction is due to
commence shortly and progress through the summer months.
Nikau House
Located in Parnell, Nikau House is several months into
construction and due to be completed towards the end of November
2011.
RECENTLY COMPLETED
WESTHAVEN MARINA, PIER Z, PUBLIC FACILITIES
Completed in Early August, this shower and toilet facility is ready
for the Rugby World Cup. Located at Westhaven Marina, this will be
an ongoing legacy to Auckland Boaties as well as serving the
temporary campsite/ caravan park for this years World Cup.
